Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original condition. To initiate a return, log in to your account and submit a request through our self-serve returns portal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all approved returns.

The following items are final sale and non-returnable: personal care products, bundles, and any items purchased at a discount. We reserve the right to deny return requests that do not meet these conditions.

Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that return processing may take 1–3 weeks depending on the supplier.
